9,143 workflow definitions are on file. 550 of them have been replicated end-to-end in our test harness — intake, triage, resolution, report — the same pattern Beam runs in view on the apex door. Counts are stated in their own lenses, never merged.

NicNac integrates the tools you already pay for instead of forcing replacements. With your consent, the connection also teaches us your workflow patterns — abstract patterns only. Your data, content, and identity never cross into another client's context.

Refer & Earn
The word-of-mouth economy, in plain figures
People who bring people get paid — clients in credit, registered partners in cash. Every figure below is the whole rule; there is no second page of small print that changes it.
Clients: refer, earn credit
When someone you refer becomes a paying subscriber, you earn half a month free. Keep referred subscribers active and your own fee steps down: 3 active → 5% off · 5 active → 10% off · 10 active → 20% off.
Total referral benefit is capped at 50% of your monthly fee. A credit lands after your referral's first payment clears the refund window. One level only — referrals of referrals do not pay — and no one can refer themselves.
Partners: refer, earn commission
Registered 1099 partners earn cash commission on collected payments from subscribers they bring: 20% for the subscriber's first twelve months, then 10% for every month after, for as long as the subscription stays active.
Paid monthly, under a written partner agreement with a W-9 on file. A refund or chargeback reverses the commission on that payment. The hiring door is the partner door: apply there — one economy, whether you come to work, to refer, or both.
Founding ownership — the honest paragraph
NicNac is designing a legal structure that gives an ownership stake to the early adopters and contributors who help make this more than a software platform. It is being prepared with legal counsel.
Until counsel papers it, nothing here is an offer, a promise, or terms — it is an intention, stated in the open. When real documents exist, they will carry the risks in plain language, and no one will be asked to earn or buy in on the strength of a web page.

Zero-root data
The most sensitive sensing happens in your session, on your device. The most sensitive data cannot leak from NicNac because it never leaves your session. Staff cannot browse your archive — the capability does not exist, by design.
No farming, ever
We do not sell, broker, or farm your data. Our models may learn only from information stripped of personal information — and you can opt out of even that, in one step, and it is honored across every NicNac brand.
Adaptive security
Monitoring, drills, and controls that improve with every finding — a security posture that keeps updating itself, in one direction only: no automated change may ever weaken a gate, an approval, or a consent.
